A Compilation of Palestinians to Donate To

As you all are aware, this blog explicitly stands with Palestine during the yet ongoing genocide done by Israel. Because I've made my stance clear, several Palestinians on Tumblr have reached out to me to help spread their campaigns and get them aid. I've tracked down verifications for as many as i could, and will list them all here with links and update this list should another be sent in.

I cannot stress this enough. As of writing this, the siege on Gaza has been happening for almost a year. Most non-profit organizations at this point have incredibly limited reach in the area (if they still have any at all), and thus the most surefire way of helping is via sending money directly to those impacted. If you for whatever reason doubt the legitimacy of a campaign listed here, I humbly request you keep it to yourself. I cannot decide for you what you do with your money, but I can ask of you that you have respect for people struggling and be considerate.

The situation in Gaza is dire, and Hazem’s family is enduring extreme challenges daily. The constant threat to their safety and well-being is a harsh reality they cannot escape. Hazem’s parents, in particular, are in desperate need of assistance to relocate to a safer place, whether in Cairo or another refuge. Every day they remain in Gaza, their lives are at risk, and the urgency to get them to safety is immense.

-How the Funds Will Be Used

To ensure Hazem’s parents and younger siblings can escape the danger they face, we need to cover the high costs of crossing the border. Here’s the financial breakdown:

• Adult border crossing fee: $5,000 per person

• Child border crossing fee (under 15 years old): $2,500 per child

The only way to travel out of Gaza is by crossing the Rafah border into Egypt, as Gaza has no airport. Unfortunately, crossing the border comes at an exorbitant cost, with $5,000 required for each adult and $2,500 for each child under 15 years old. This money goes entirely to the company and authorities on the Egyptian side – none of it benefits Hazem’s family. It’s a heartbreaking reality where people profit from the suffering of others.

In addition to covering these fees, the funds will also be used to help Hazem’s family get started once they reach safety, providing for their basic needs as they transition to a new life.

Hazem has tried everything in his power to work and gather the necessary funds to bring his family to Cairo, but paying for 10 people is an extremely difficult task. Despite his relentless efforts, the financial burden is overwhelming.

-How the Funds Will Be Transferred

Once the funds are raised, they will be transferred directly to Hazem’s bank account. Hazem will then use the funds to pay the border crossing fees for his family members and to help them get started in their new location. I will oversee the process to ensure that all funds are used appropriately and as intended.

Dr. Mohamed Soliman doesn’t have any connection to people in Gaza – what he does have is empathy and a desire to help. “I’ve been waiting for some way to help. Any chance I can help, I am willing to help,” said Soliman from his dental clinic in northwest Calgary.  “When this came up I said if you get approval to go, I’m more than happy to go and help those kids from dying. I understand the risk.” Soliman responded to a call to action by a Calgary family physician who wants to organize a Canadian health convoy to Gaza. “As a physician activist, the only thing I can do is to be there and provide health care,” said Dr. Mukarram Zaidi, chair of Think for Actions, a Calgary-based national non-profit think tank, focused on the professional development of youth. Zaidi has written to federal politicians requesting that Canadian authorities allow him and other health-care professionals access to the medical supplies they need to offer help.

Mohammed Azhar Mohiuddin's company 'Bio Reform' uses innovative biotechnology processes to manufacture eco-friendly, biodegradable, and compostable bags that decompose within 180 days.

Mohiuddin is using sugar, cellulose, and corn fibers to make a plastic-like carrier bag for small Indian businesses. Bio Reform has already replaced 6 million plastic bags in the checkout counters of stores all over India.

Mohiuddin saw the largest brands substituting plastic ones for those made of paper or even jute, but for medium and small businesses that power the majority of the Indian economy, the small increase in costs from using biodegradable bags was too prohibitive.

“One of the major reasons behind the extensive use of plastic bags are its properties. It is water resistant, thermal, durable, light-weight, and has good tensile strength. I wanted to find a solution that could mirror the properties of plastic while being eco-friendly and cheaper than paper, cloth, and jute alternatives,” he says.

This quest led him to launch ‘Bio Reform’, a Hyderabad-based startup that manufactures compostable bags using corn waste, sugars, cellulose, and other natural components into sustainable biopolymers.

i really recommend looking at their pinned posts in order to better recognize scams, not just using this list as a blocklist, because once they are terminated they each will immediately remake their scams under a new username
